4.surface accuracy requirements:Testing is done with an interferometer;λ=632.8nm.
Uncoated  condition:Transmitted  wave  aberration  (including  power):superior  to  1/60  λRMS;two  surface  accuracy  (including power);:superior to 3λPV
Coated condition:Transmitted wave aberration (including power):superior to 1/40 λRMS (testing can be done with a wavefront sensor.In the case of a subaperture of φ8.8mm:RMS:superior toλ/97;λ=1563nm;4apertures at  least);parallelism:superior to 0.01mm.
